If you would like a proof it can be sent upon request. If a proof is requested, it will be sent 24-48 hours prior to the shipping date quoted on your receipt. If you request a proof, and decide you would like to make a change once it's sent, one change of the layout is included. Any additional changes will be $2.00 per change.
I use Microsoft word for font and will just need the name of the font you would like to use.

Good product, Would buy again. Engraving was a little faint, but I'm picky. Would purchase again

The carafe is very nicely etched; however what doesn't show up on the listing photos (unless you look really closely, now that you know what you are looking for) is that there is a seam on both sides of the carafe. It is not a solid piece of glass.

This was a wedding gift, all I can say is A1 quality and service. It took a while to receive our item, but was worth the wait.
