Processing and shipping Information

We cannot emphasize this enough. Double-check your order! - Due to autocorrect and "creative spelling & punctuation" these days, we cannot tell if you made a typo or spelling error.  We will engrave the text EXACTLY as you typed it in the order, with the font choice you selected.  

Estimated Order Processing Time - Once an order is verified and payment is received, the items are typically engraved and shipped within 3 business day. For multiple-item orders, we typically engrave and ship within 3-5 business days.  

Estimated Shipping Cost - After you add your selected items to the shopping cart, View the Shopping Cart and select "Estimate Shipping & Taxes" to calculate shipping Fees.

Shipping - We have found USPS priority mail to work best for most of our needs, while small items will ship USPS First Class Mail.  We use UPS for express because it's the most reliable
